Preliminary Design and Building Plans
Next, we’ll create your project’s preliminary design and building plans. We can produce your designs and plans in a three-dimensional fashion. Alternatively, you may also bring us any plans you’ve already drawn out. We’ll help you put down your ideas and concepts on paper.
Cost Estimates and Final Construction Quote
After drawing out your project’s plan, we’ll now estimate the construction costs. This will be based on your proposed design, building site, and project inclusions. During this phase, we will finalize the costs together with utmost consideration on your budget. Our team will also carefully balance affordability with quality, making sure that you get exceptional construction quality without going over your allocated budget.
Construction Proper
After all the documents and permits are applied and approved, we can commence the construction work. Our team will give you regular walk-throughs and progress updates on the project’s status. Open communication is also utilized for smaller projects like quick renovations, maintenance, or residential repairs. You may freely oversee or supervise us as you please. Project Completion and Handover
We’re finally done with your building project! Together, we’ll thoroughly inspect the completed project and assess if your requirements are all met. Should there be any amendments, we will rectify them immediately and re-assess with you to make sure you’re satisfied. Our team will finally handover the completed project to you.
